• The Route:
We try to vary it every week but below is an example of what we run.
Bondi to:
Tamarama, approx 2km (4km return)
From the store head to the beach, then south along the promenade to
Icebergs. Past Icebergs take the coastal path to Tamarama.
Bronte, approx 3km (6km return)
From Tamarama keep following the coastal path around another km to
Bronte beach. There is a water tap at the south end of the beach past
the surf club.

Yourself ready to run, get fit and make new friends!

• Hydration:
We supply fruit and Endura rehydration formula and fruit after your run.
We also go to the Bondi Hotel after the run for a beer or two!

• Garmin Product Trialling:
Want to try before you buy?
We have a free Garmin trial service where you can run with a Garmin 405CX with heart rate monitor every Tuesday night at the run club.
It will accurately measure your speed, distance, run route and work out your calories burnt.
You can then upload all this data to Garmin Connect and see how you went!
The Running Company has great relationships with all the leading brands and sports medical practitioners.
As such, every 2nd Tuesday night of the month we’ll have a special guest, these special guests will be:

• Leading physio’s, podiatrists, chiropractors and massage therapists.
They’ll be on hand to answer any questions you may have and also give talks on ways to improve your own running.

• Technical rep’s from the leading brands.
They’ll have new products to test!
You’ll be able to try the latest running footwear, apparel and equipment free of charge.
They will also be able to help answer any brand specific questions in regards to their products that you may have.
All of this is FREE, what’s more, it’s a great opportunity to keep fit, meet new people and take in the sights of some of the best running tracks in the world.
