At The Running Company – our goal is your goal and if you are not entirely satisfied with the product / service that you’ve purchased / received, please contact the store you visited and it’s that simple.

We often hear people say “oh it was only a small thing with the shoes so I didn’t worry about contacting you.”

We need to know about any issues that you may have with any product so that we can give the feedback directly to the manufacturers to help them improve their products, if we don’t know, we can’t pass it on!

If there is a manufacturing fault with a product, you are protected by the state and federal consumer laws and have a right to a replacement or refund but moreso by our want to do the right thing and help keep you moving!

Because of the high level of service that we offer, we do not refund if you simply change your mind.

All returns need to be returned to The Running Company store of purchase.
