We are more than happy to exchange an item if:

  • It has not been worn
  • Is in/with the original packaging and clean and intact
  • Within 14 days

We will not refund for change of mind / mistaken size so please choose carefully if you do want a refund.

For all internet based / phone orders we completely understand if you are hesitant between 1 or 2 sizes, 9 or 9.5. 

If in this instance you purchase 2 pairs, you are more than welcome to return the other pair that does not fit for a refund to ensure that you get the right fit – each and every time!

All return postage will be at the senders expense.

If there is a manufacturing fault with the product we will gladly work with the manufacturer to organise either a replacement or refund whichever you’d prefer as per Australian consumer law, simply email the store and include images of the fault and we can take it from there.
