We are more than happy to exchange an item if:

  • It is returned within 14 days of purchase
  • It has to be unused or unworn.
  • Is returned with the original packaging and that packaging remains intact and in new condition.

All return postage will be at the buyer’s expense.

For returns on items purchased at full price, we will offer a refund, exchange or store credit.
For items purchased on sale or clearance, we DO NOT offer refunds on returns. We will accept returns for store credit or exchange of item.
If you are unsure whether your item is suitable, or wish to initiate a return, call The Running Company location that fulfilled your order. You can find this information on the tracking email you received when we dispatched your order.
If you believe you have received faulty goods, please call or email The Running Company store that fulfilled your order. That store will be able to organise for the goods to be assessed by the manufacturer, and if deemed faulty, facilitate replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
