Byron is the owner of The Running Company South Adelaide and has grown up “down south “embracing all that comes with living in the beach side of the fleurieu peninsula.
Taking up Triathlon at the age of 10 following in his dad’s footsteps he quickly realised how much he enjoyed it with a pull towards the running side of the sport.
Through school he continued building a love for running and became a regular customer of The Running Company South Adelaide. After school Byron had some very good opportunities for work elsewhere but decided to do something he loves which was working the floor in his local running store! Byron started working at The Running Company at the ripe old age of 18 in April 2018 under the watchful eye of the founder of the company Chris Chapman (chicken). After 3 years he had completed his ‘Apprenticeship’ and seized the opportunity to buy The Running Company South Adelaide at the age of 22 in July 2021. Big things to come in coming years.
